Rodeo

Responsible for the concessions at the Rodeo grounds for the functions scheduled through Dodge City Roundup, Inc. This committee will designate callers to assure that an adequate number of volunteers are scheduled for each event. This committee will have ongoing communication with the DCAWCC hired concession manager and bring any concession issues to the board. The committee shall designate, with the board's approval, a treasure to keep account of all rodeo records.
