The Community Service committee of the Dodge City Area Women’s Chamber of Commerce Inc. is accepting requests from non-profit organizations for the distribution of funds raised through the rodeo food concession stand efforts!
All requests should include the organization's purpose, the specific use of funds, the requested dollar amount, and the name, address, email, and phone number of a contact person.
Any organization interested in applying should send its request to Alicia Edwards at aedwards@arrowheadwest.org or Zandra Garcia at zgarcia@arrowheadwest.org.

Duties for the Community Service committee are as follows:
Receive written requests for financial support from individuals or groups providing financial support and /or beneficial services to individuals in Ford County and the surrounding area.
Meet once a year to discuss and rank each request and determine whether to fund it and the amount to fund based on the budget available.
Distribute funds earned through fundraising efforts once proceeds are made available.
Announce the projects funded at the November Membership meeting.
