RODEO

The Rodeo Committee is responsible for concessions at the Rodeo grounds for functions scheduled by Dodge City Roundup, Inc. This committee will:

• Designate callers to ensure that an adequate number of volunteers are scheduled for each event.

• Have ongoing communication with the DCAWCC-hired concession manager and bring any concession issues to the board.

• Designate, with the board's approval, a treasurer to keep account of all rodeo records.
